# Unifi 300Mbps Promotion: The Sweet Spot for Malaysian Homes

Finding the perfect home internet plan can feel like a balancing act between speed and budget. If you are looking for an option that easily handles multiple devices without breaking the bank, the **Unifi 300Mbps plan** has emerged as the clear favorite for most Malaysian households.

Telekom Malaysia (TM) is currently running aggressive mid-year promotions that drop the price, throw in free months of service, and add extra digital goodies. Here is a comprehensive breakdown of everything you get with the latest Unifi 300Mbps promotion.

## The Headline Deal: RM129/Month + 3 Months Free

The biggest draw of the current promotion is the direct bill discount. Normally priced at an RRP of RM139/month, the 300Mbps standalone plan is slashed to **RM129/month** for the first 24 months of your contract.

On top of the RM10 monthly savings, TM is offering a **3 Months Free internet** waiver for new sign-ups, significantly reducing your total cost of ownership over the course of the two-year contract.

### Quick Plan Specifications

* **Download Speed:** 300Mbps
* **Upload Speed:** 50Mbps
* **Data Limit:** Truly Unlimited (No Fair Usage Policy throttling)
* **Contract Length:** 24 Months

## What Else Is Included?

The value of the promotion extends beyond the monthly price drop. When you sign up during this promotional window, the package includes several hardware and service perks:

* **Free Wi-Fi 6 Combo Box:** You receive a certified Wi-Fi 6 router upgrade at no additional cost, ensuring better signal coverage and stable connectivity even when multiple devices are connected simultaneously.
* **Free Standard Professional Installation:** The setup and routing of the fiber lines into your home by TM’s technician team are entirely covered.
* **24-Hour Service Restoration Guarantee:** Under the “Unifi Promise,” if your internet goes down and is not restored within 24 hours, you are entitled to a bill rebate.
* **Online Exclusive Gift:** Subscribing online unlocks a free **RM40 Setel voucher** or Touch ‘n Go eWallet credits.

## Upgrade to a Entertainment Bundle

If your household relies heavily on streaming services, the standalone internet package can be converted into a multi-service bundle for just a few Ringgits more:

> **Pro-Tip:** If you opt for the streaming or Unifi TV packages online, keep an eye out for additional perks like a 30-day free trial of all 70+ Unifi TV channels.

## Why Choose 300Mbps Over Other Speeds?

While the entry-level 100Mbps plan sits at RM89/month, stepping up to 300Mbps provides three times the download speed for an extra RM40. This extra bandwidth acts as a buffer for busy households.

With 300Mbps, one family member can stream a movie in 4K, another can download a heavy video game update, and someone else can participate in a high-definition work video call all at the same time without anyone experiencing lag or buffering.

## How to Apply

Before jumping into the deal, you must first verify that fiber infrastructure is ready at your residence.

1. **Check Coverage:** Takes 2 minutes.
Visit the official Unifi portal or an authorized agent site and enter your complete home address to confirm 300Mbps fiber availability.

2. **Select Your Plan:** Standalone vs Bundle.
Choose between the standalone RM129 plan or select a streaming/TV addon depending on your entertainment preferences.

3. **Submit Documentation:** Identity Verification.
Provide a digital copy of your Malaysian IC (or Passport for expats) along with your basic contact details to register the account.

4. **Schedule Installation:** Free Setup.
Pick an available appointment date. A TM installer will arrive to deploy the fiber lines, set up your Wi-Fi 6 router, and activate your line.

This mid-year promotion makes high-speed fiber internet more accessible than ever, solidifying the 300Mbps tier as the ideal choice for modern Malaysian homes.
